Hi, I'm Regine.

I’ve been teaching yoga to women (and men) over many years and I’ve witnessed the amazing shifts my clients have made to their lives from their practice of yoga. I support women, like you, in finding freedom from their emotions, expectations and limiting beliefs so you can live the life of your dreams. By providing a safe space for women to BE and to LET GO of judgement, expectation and comparison. A space to be STILL and to feel into your FEMININE POWER.

Helping you to FEEL GOOD and when you feel good, you LOOK GREAT!

“Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be"

B.K.S Iyengar

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, holding poses for longer periods of time (between 3-5 minutes). It nurtures the connection between the mind, body and soul by coming into the pose, listening to the body to find its appropriate edge, and finding stillness, are some of the qualities of this practice.

Yin yoga is a very grounding and relaxing practice, as well as revitalising. Specific meridian lines of the body are stimulated by the poses as fascia and connective tissue is stretched where energy flows. It helps remove energetic blockages thus encouraging the flow of energy known as prana or Qi.

Yin Yoga can be a challenging practice yet deeply nourishing physically, emotionally and energetically. Yin Yoga compliments any dynamic practice and is a safe practice for those working with injuries.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Yoga is a form of Vinyasa yoga that involves repeating a series of poses, often increasing body heat, and building strength.

Power yoga is the physical practice of yoga postures; meditation, the practice of focusing the enquiring mind; and the practice of self-transformation. These 3 elements encourage students to step into their full potential by discovering their passions, creativity, and developing the confidence to step into new and bigger possibilities in their lives.

Students are encouraged and challenged to explore the possibilities within their physical bodies. The physical practice is accessible to people of all abilities and from all walks of life.
